- Hailing from the couch in front of the t.v. The Grand Arkanum decided that they were sick of watching the music scene in the direction it was headed. Sick of listening to songs and stories that they themselves could in no way relate to. "We're basically trying to make hip-hop music that represents our generation, growing up on video games and Saturday morning cartoons. Pop culture from the late eighties, nineties and now, in this digital age were theres just so much information accessible, and so many different lifestyles, we figured it was about time someone started rapping about a broader range of topics" says Kid Ikarus. The Grand Arkanum sends a positive message that to be, a rapper you don't necessarily have to be a thug or a hustler, just someone with a message to be heard, and the talent to put it on wax!
