- Hailing from the couch in front of the t.v. The Grand Arkanum decided that they were sick of watching the music scene in the direction it was headed. Sick of listening to songs and stories that they themselves could in no way relate to. "We're basically trying to make hip-hop music that represents our generation, growing up on video games and Saturday morning cartoons. Pop culture from the late eighties, nineties and now, in this digital age were theres just so much information accessible, and so many different lifestyles, we figured it was about time someone started rapping about a broader range of topics" says Kid Ikarus. The Grand Arkanum sends a positive message that to be, a rapper you don't necessarily have to be a thug or a hustler, just someone with a message to be heard, and the talent to put it on wax! Although they've just began, The Grand ArKanum Using, clever self promotion schemes have all ready gained them a local buzz and with the arrival of the much anticipated Procrastination mixtape they hope to cement themselves as an upcoming force in the Hip-Hop music scene!

HEYYYYYY
Now I know it's been a while since we've given you good people an update, BUT LOOK NO FURTHER. Here it is, The Grand Arkanum is currently on the grind working at 110% to produce their latest mixtape "The JustUs League". Also, we are still passing out Procrastination Mixtapes to all who want hardcopies otherwise you can download the entire CD off the link to the left <---. Third, TGA will be hosting a Dubstep Night at the Raven on pleasant st on AUGUST 26th, introducing our good friend and producer, DJ BigSpoon more details soon to come. Before our Dubstep show however we will be performing at the 2011 Latin Festival taking place August 20th. Now I know this may be a lot to swallow but there's much more we are working on aside from this so STAY TUNED!! and as always HAVE A TGA DAY!!
